our specialties

  • individual therapy

Individual therapy allows clients the opportunity to explore their past and get curious about where they want to go. Our therapists help you plant the seeds for healing from pain, hurt, attachment wounds, trauma, and more. They will walk alongside you as you get to know these parts of your lived experience.

  • sexuality & identity

Exploring our sexuality and identity is just one way to make sense of who we are. When considering societal standards and norms, this can be challenging to explore on our own. Our therapists specialize in holding space for conversations about sex and sexual pleasure, sexual orientation, and gender identity. No topic is considered taboo or TMI here.

  • trauma-informed care

We work from the assumption that most — if not all — people have experienced trauma in their lives. We prioritize tailoring all of our interventions to this assumption, and work hard to create spaces of safety and patience for our clients. Emotional work necessitates trust, and we take time to meet you where you are.
